Our Point of View

Change is happening all around us, all the time. Most organisations are pursuing ambitious change agendas, leaving people tired, overwhelmed, burnt out, and clinging to certainty. In this state, it is difficult for organisations to be strategic, innovative, and deliver great outcomes.

At the same time, the world around us is calling for more purpose and action. Many organisations are starting to align their strategies with ESG outcomes to answer this call. So what if we could drive change through our organisations – creating purpose and profit?

The answer is – we can. Through applying trans-disciplinary theories and practices that move away from traditional change management models, we apply a human-centric change process called Transformational Change Loops. We leverage complexity science, adult learning, behavioural science, systems thinking, motivational theory, coaching, psychology, ecology, wisdom traditions, and the healing arts. Internally, we also strive to walk our talk by aligning our goals to the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDG’s) – specifically goals # 3, 4, 5, 10, and 16, living into our values, and partnering with others who share the same intentions.

Our Work

Our work is complex yet simple. We work with CEOs and their executive leaders in a few common scenarios:

  • The organisation is trying to adapt to various external changes (e.g. technology disruption, changing regulations, customer expectations, growth demands, resourcing pressures, etc.)
  • The organisational culture is no longer fit for purpose (e.g. strategy changes, leadership changes, historical behaviours, company has grown or shrunk significantly, etc.)
  • The vision or strategy of the organisation has changed (e.g. new board or leaders, merger or de-merger, societal, market, or resource pressure, etc.)
  • Stakeholder expectations demand a different way of operating (e.g. political environment has changed, demographics shifting, expectations of new talent, social justice movements, climate activism, etc.)

Whatever the scenario, we work in close partnership with our clients to guide the transformational change process.

Allison has 15+ years of consulting experience in OD, change, and leadership. She has worked in 4 continents for over 35 global and local organisations on their most pressing strategy and people challenges. Her hope is that through a better understanding of what it means to be human, we can each show up as our whole selves and contribute to more joy, connection, and meaning in the workplace and achieve great things.​
